Design Capabilities

Design disciplines encompass material architectures, surface chemistry strategies, test methods, metrology plans, specifications, procedures, and documentation (e.g., functional specifications, GA drawings for process rigs, test procedures, as-built data packs, operation and maintenance guidance for materials handling). Engineering teams are conversant with major instrumentation ecosystems and industry standards, including graphics and dashboards for R&D and pilot operations, with interfaces to LIMS, maintenance systems, and IT environments. Systems are designed to present requirements with flexibility for future expansion and evolving application needs.

Workshop Facility

In-house laboratory and pilot facilities support preparation, scale-controlled pilot synthesis, and characterization. Facilities are equipped for integrated testing prior to customer reviews, including simulation standards for optical, size, and stability measurements. Stock management ensures availability of standard consumables, with timely procurement of critical components (reactors, mixers, optical benches, data-capture servers, and instruments) to maintain delivery schedules.
